# Adding Zoom as the Meeting Location for Your Event Type

To add Zoom as the meeting location for your event type, you need to follow these steps:

* Install the [Zoom](https://app.cal.com/apps/zoom) app in our app store
* Go to the **Basics** settings of your event type
* Select Zoom Video in the Location dropdown
* Once selected, click **Save** in the top right corner of the UI
